~ Each property allows you to entre; purchase price, deposit, interest rate, term of loan, debits, credits - you are then shown if you are making a profit, or loss.
~ A simple calculator is included as well as a section called "Calculations Made Easy" - here you can very easily convert annual, quarterly and fortnightly bills into monthly payments.
